Find Your Wild Out West

Hitting the Trail in Majestic Moab

Amidst the breathtaking canyons, cliffs, and fast-running rivers of eastern Utah sits Moab, home to a truly spectacular Off-Roadeo event. Behind the wheel and led by an expert Trail Guide, you’ll climb, crawl, and cruise over this challenging, purpose-built trail, specially created to demonstrate all that is uniquely and ruggedly Bronco.

Designed to be the ultimate off-roader, this new Ford Bronco shares the DNA of the original.

Seven G.O.A.T. ModesTM allow you to traverse any terrain, while the turbocharged Ecoboost® engine delivers astonishing speed and torque. When the rocky trails of Moab get rough, reach for the dashboard’s built-in grab handles for steep-angle access. At the end of your Off-Roadeo, you’ll discover that — with Bronco — there’s more than one way to tame a trail.

STARGAZING

DEAD HORSE POINT STATE PARK

Southern Utah is the last great refuge for dark skies in the country, and Dead Horse Point State Park is one of the most active and accessible spots to stargaze in the state. This Certified International Dark Sky Park is open year-round for mind-blowing celestial views. Bundle up, bring a blanket or chairs, and turn off all surrounding lights or switch them to red. It takes 15 minutes to fully develop your night vision and see the fainter stars.

Where to stay

Red Cliffs Lodge

At the foot of towering red-stone cliffs on the mighty Colorado River, the Red Cliffs Lodge has been rated the #1 place to stay in Moab by Trip Advisor 10+ years running. With its Old West charm and rustic beauty, you might think you’ve stepped onto the set of a John Wayne movie – and you’d be right! Red Cliffs Lodge has served as the backdrop for dozens of classic Westerns, and it remains an operating ranch with cattle and horses to this day. The lodge also offers horseback riding, whitewater rafting, and stunning views of some of America’s most distinctive landscape.
